1. About the Company

1.1 knowlesac.com and the courses available from the Site (the “Courses”) are owned, operated, and maintained by Knowles Advisory and Consulting Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, or the “Company”). The Site, Courses, and Services are collectively referred to as the “Company Products”. By using or accessing the Company Products, or paying for access to the Company Products, you agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

1.2 These Terms create a binding legal contract between you and Knowles Advisory and Consulting Private Limited. By using the Company Products, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 “User(s)/You” shall mean all persons, natural or artificial, that visit the Site including registered users. This Site is intended for use by persons who are 13 (Thirteen) years of age or older.

1.4 If you are using the Company Products on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are an authorized representative of that entity with authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2.1 Any personal information submitted in connection with your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, the terms of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 The User acknowledges and agrees to hold all Confidential Information received from the Company in strict confidence.

3. General

3.1 The Company Products enable Users to learn via live and recorded instruction, tutoring, and learning services.

3.2 Company reserves the right to revise these Terms in its sole discretion at any time, without prior notice other than by posting the revised Terms on the Site.

3.3 The Company Products are new and subject to change at any time. If you are dissatisfied with the Company Products, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

4. Fees and Taxes

4.1 Accessing the Site and browsing Courses is free of cost. Company reserves the right to change fee policies at any time in its sole discretion.

4.2 All fees for the courses are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner.

5. Conduct

5.1 You shall only access the Company Products for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Company Products to recruit, solicit, or contact Instructors or Users for businesses not affiliated with us, without our prior written permission.

6. Registration and Identity Protection

6.1 To use certain Company Products, you will need to register and obtain an account, username, and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Copyright

7.1 All content provided through the Company Products (the “Company Content”) is the proprietary property of Knowles Advisory and Consulting Private Limited and its third-party providers.

7.2 Material displayed on the Site is solely for your personal use. You shall not copy, reproduce, republish, post, upload, transmit or distribute such material in any manner without express written permission.

8. Dispute Resolution

Knowles Advisory and Consulting Private Limited and you agree to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as the exclusive form of dispute resolution for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Company Products. There shall be one (1) arbitrator mutually appointed. The seat of arbitration shall be Gurgaon, Haryana, India. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

9. Termination

9.1 We may terminate your use of the Company Products immediately without notice for any breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
