Cancellation Policy

(a) There will be no cancellation of short-duration courses that are less than 5 days but for the courses that are of 15-week duration, candidates may cancel their subscription to a course within 15 days of purchase.

(b) Requests for cancellations beyond 15 days for these courses will not be accepted.

(c) To cancel, candidates must contact Knowles Advisory and Consulting Private Limited through the designated support channels available on our website.

Refund Policy

(a) Knowles Advisory and Consulting Private Limited offers a 15-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for courses which are 15-week duration. There is no refund for the other courses.

(b) To request a refund, candidates must contact us within 15 days of purchase.

(d) Knowles Advisory and Consulting Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate a candidate’s account if it believes the candidate is abusing the refund policy.

(e) Company reserves the absolute right to revise these terms without prior notice, other than by posting revised terms on the website.
